Properties&Applications:

PBSA is a water-soluble absorber and its ability to absorb ultraviolet radiation is three times stronger than the ordinary UV absorbers. The maximum absorption peak is at 302 nm.It is mainly used in cosmetics.

It is used in preparations of creams , lotions and sunscreens. It also be used in medicated skin care and protective skin tone preparations, and in water resistant formulations.
