My Ten Years With Meifeng

I have graduated for 10 years and it's still vivid that my classmates and I made the ten-year engagement before graduation. How many golden years do we have in our lives exactly? From the green youth to the maturity today, the experience of ten years is like silkworms spinning silk. Ten years later, I want to touch me at that time who is in a panic. “You have grown up.” I say to me.

I have always wanted to write down the first ten years of my life, but I have not practiced writing an article for many years since graduation. Today, I take this opportunity to participate in "I Love Meifeng" essay campaign of the MFCI 30th anniversary to share my ten years with Meifeng, in order to memorize our lost youth.

My "First time" in ten years with Meifeng

Meifeng is the first company I chose after graduation ten years ago. Meifeng and I have been side by side for 10 years. This decade is unforgettable for me to grow up with Meifeng. The law of things is that accumulate to have a new life is only from precipitation and suffering. The people and things in past 10 years are unforgettable and still missed today.

The scene that I met Huanggang Meifeng for the first time is still vivid. It is the last day of February 2011 that My classmates and I arrived at the current Zhangyang Road intersection with passing through difficulties on the road. When we arrived in the industrial park, there were the muddy dirt roads at first sight and some factories were built sparsely on the slope.

My first salary was 1200 yuan. I can still remember my first salary in 2011, which was not much but enough for my daily living expenses. Because the company was not in production at that time, the work pressure was not so much and I got along well with my newly arrived colleagues. The time was easy and pleasant.

I stood on the podium as an excellent staff for the first time. In early 2012, the company held the 2011 year-end work summary meeting in the company's staff canteen. I was very honored to win the award as an excellent staff, which is the affirmation and spur to me.

The youth is always confused. I also had a period of confusion in 2012. I did not know where I want to go in the future. However, the company leader helped me get out of the confusion and set a new goal in life.

I attend the annual party of the company for the first time. In early 2013, it was the first time for me to attend MFCI annual party that was held in Huanggang Jiuhuan Holiday Inn. It was the first time for me to dance in public and I have participated in every annual party until 2019. After 2019, I have not participated because of the busy work.

I participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the new factory for the first time. In 2017, it is a major event in the history of Huanggang Meifeng Company. The groundbreaking ceremony of Huanggang Meifeng new plant was held in the chemical industry Park. On that day, firecrackers were ringing and gongs and drums were beating loudly. Huanggang Meifeng entered the fast track of development since then.

I prepared for the FDA audit for the first time. We have ushered in the first quality test of the enterprise on July 14, 2017. Two experts of the US FDA conducted a five-day quality audit on our Huanggang Meifeng company. This audit marked the rebirth of quality system in Huanggang Meifeng, so we actively carried out rectification according to the requirements and achieved the normal management of the quality system.

I participated in the trial production ceremony of new products for the first time. December 18, 2017 is a memorable day, because octocrylene products of old Meifeng factory has been put into production in Huanggang Meifeng. It is the continuous improvement of Huanggang Meifeng products series that old Meifeng and new Meifeng passed baton to expand the product categories constantly.

I feel proud and excited is that Huanggang Meifeng Company developed step by step from an unknown company to the Top 100 in Huanggang Industry currently for the first time. At the same time, we actively assume social responsibility and win a number of provincial and municipal honors, which is the result of our Meifeng people's hard work and accumulating.

Each of my first time has recorded the magnificent transformation of Huanggang Meifeng, which recorded Meifeng people's steps and efforts. In the past ten years, we have grown up together with the company and witnessed the leapfrog development of the company to contribute our strength to the brilliant future of company.

My ten years with Meifeng of growing up

In the past ten years, I have witnessed the growth and progress of Huanggang Meifeng, which is from the two products initially to dozens of products now, which is from the one workshop initially to five workshops now, which is from the annual output of several hundred tons of UV absorbers initially to several thousand tons now, which is from the dozens of people initially to more than five hundred people now, which is from the original one factory area of more than 30 acres to two factories area of more than 100 acres now... These changes are all Meifeng people' wisdom and the footprints and sweat left by Meifeng people on the land.

In the past ten years, Huanggang Meifeng has also imprinted the footprints of my growth and progress and I have gradually grown from a graduate to a technical backbone, a team leader, a workshop director, a production minister, and a safety environment director. I thank the environment for nourishing to thrive and Meifeng people for making me feel at home.

We have formed many habits in ten years, accustomed to riding to work wearing a helmet every day, accustomed to punching in to work every day, accustomed to having a morning meeting of production every day, accustomed to wearing a helmet in and out of the production area, accustomed to wearing dark blue uniform at work...

After ten years, there are factories now in the once barren land. There are the clean and bright factory buildings and the uniform equipment under the blue sky, which we struggled in. In Meifeng, men are not afraid of hard work to stick to their posts and women do not love white collar but blue uniform, for the happy family life, giving up the splendid clothes. They are a beautiful scenery in Meifeng.

In the past ten years, many people have come and left, but witnessed the development and growth of Meifeng. Those who stayed became colleagues and friends. There are many colleagues I worked with them who we were happy, tired, bitter, drink freely together for ten years. There are laughter, struggles, joy and troubles, woven into the beauty of the colorful decade.

We have gained a lot in the past ten years, making many good teachers and friends and accumulating our life experience and work experience. Many of us have a family and career, bought houses and cars and expanded our faces and waistlines. Over the years, we have also learned to be grateful and content to all the people around us who care and love us.

The development of Meifeng in these ten years is so brilliant that the story of these ten years is firmer and we have not changed our original intention. I think we will be a better me to achieve a better Mei Feng in the next ten years.

Understanding from work of ten years

The motto in my school times is "Where there is a will, there is a way. The hundred Qin pass eventually belongs to Chu. He who works hard pays off. Lying on salaries and tasting gall, three thousand more can swallow Wu. People must have a dream, even if the dream is shattered, the pieces are bigger than others." Those are still reverberating in my ears. More than ten years of work and life after graduation have made me gain and feel a lot. I share what I've learned about my life over the years.

First of all, we should learn to be grateful. No matter where we are, don't forget the way we came from. Be grateful to parents, teachers, company, friends, colleagues and all what we have, if we can't learn to be grateful, we will live walking dead.

Secondly, we should learn how to learn. The fast pace of life and work makes many people lost to give up learning. We must not forget to learn, because he who has an art has everywhere a part and we are never too old to learn. We also should learn to think and reflect. Because thinking can help us to grasp the nature of things and think twice before doing anything, we can have a good relationship of our family, work and life.

Finally, we should learn to suffer losses. As an old saying goes: with the method of competition, you will never be satisfied, but you can get more than you expected by making concessions. Disadvantage is a blessing. Getting along with people, we may become lonely in the end, if we never suffer losses and only take advantages. A wise man can have gain experience from losses, which is also a kind of philosophy and wisdom.

How time flies. We look forward to meeting a better me in the next ten years. We look forward to see that the motherland is prosperous and strong with beautiful mountains and rivers in the next decade, far away from the epidemic. We look forward to see that MFCI will go further and be better in the field of UV absorbents, approaching the UV global leader in the next decade. We look forward to see that our healthy family members, children's academic success and we have become a happy family of four in the next ten years.
